1. Interpretation and Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following words carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has successfully registered and holds an active account on the v12bett platform.

• "Funds" refers to the Ringgit Malaysia (RM) balance held in a member's account at any given time.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register as a v12bett member, you must meet the following requirements:

• Register only one account per individual. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.

3. Account Usage

Each member is fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. The following terms apply to the use of a v12bett account:

• Members are responsible for keeping their account password confidential at all times. v12bett recommends that passwords be changed regularly and not shared with any other party.
• A v12bett account is for the personal use of the account holder only. Transferring or selling an account to another party is prohibited and may result in permanent closure of the account.
• Members are required to update their personal information if any changes occur, particularly their mobile phone number and email address.
• The use of automation software, bots or artificial intelligence systems to play or place bets on the v12bett platform is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, manipulate games or commit fraud will result in immediate action including account closure and seizure of funds.

4. Deposits and Payments

v12bett accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit amount: RM30 per payment method.
• All deposits are processed in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) except for cryptocurrency transactions, which will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate.
• v12bett does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, payment service providers may impose their own charges.
• Successful deposits will be credited to the member's account and can be used immediately for play.
• v12bett reserves the right to reject or suspend any deposit suspected of originating from illegal or unauthorised sources.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from a v12bett account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM100 per request.
• Processing time: Typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours after the request is submitted and verified.
• Withdrawals will be processed using the same method as the original deposit. If the original method is unavailable, the member must provide valid alternative account details.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds requires the relevant wagering requirements to be fulfilled before approval can be given.
• v12bett reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts.
• If there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud or a breach of terms, v12bett reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until the investigation is complete.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by v12bett are subject to the specific conditions stated alongside the offer. The general terms for all promotions are as follows:

• 150% Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. Example calculation: deposit RM100 → bonus RM150 → balance RM250 → wagering requirement RM150 × 10 = RM1,500. For a deposit of RM2,200 → bonus RM1,500 → balance RM3,700 → wagering requirement RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings obtained using bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is considered fraud and will result in the closure of all accounts involved.
• v12bett reserves the right to withdraw, modify or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Betting Rules

All betting activity on the v12bett platform is subject to the game rules set by the respective game providers. Members agree to the following:

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a proven technical error has occurred on the platform's side.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, v12bett will use server record data to determine a fair game outcome.
• Bets confirmed by the system cannot be cancelled or modified.
• v12bett reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds or under incorrect conditions due to a technical error or listing mistake.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
